More Criss Cross

I had to try a criss cross card in the other direction. I LOVE these cards! I made the scallop with the new corner rounder from Stampin'Up! Just remove the plastic guide from the punch and punch along the side lining up each end.

I totally LOVE that fact that the punches match the stamps in the hostess set In The Spotlight. I'm digging this set. :)

I want to wish my BFF Heather (HAM, HOOTS, MCHOOTY) a very happy birthday today!! I love ya HAM..... you are beautiful inside and out. You bring so much joy to my life. Thanks for always making me smile. Hope you have THE best birthday EVAH!!

Here's the recipe:

Stamps: In the Spotlight, Hugs and Wishes
Paper: Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue, Shimmery White, Cutie Pie DS paper.
Ink: Purely Pomegranate, Bashful Blue
Other: 5-petal Flower Punch, Snow Blossom Punch, Soft Sky Stitched Ribbon, Soft Subtle Brads, Dimensionals, Round Tab Punch, 3/4 inch Circle Punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Janome Sew Mini, Scor-Pal.

Follow the directions in Beate's tutorial at SCS, EXCEPT cut your base card stock (8 1/2 x 11) at 5.5... like you would to make two regular cards, then score both pieces at 4 1/4 and cut from the diagonal on each side. The rest of the measurements are all the same. :)

Have a great day everyone!! Thanks for stopping by!!
